Return & Refund Policy

At Nana’s Mama, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🌿 Returns (Skincare Products)

We accept returns on unused and unopened skincare products (including shea butter and African Black Soap) within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

🍪 Food & Snack Items (Final Sale)

Due to health and hygiene reasons, all food and snack items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email us at nanasmamashea@gmail.com
  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

💳 Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

🌍 International Orders

For international returns:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Any customs duties or import fees are non-refundable
