At Nana's Mama, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We accept returns on unused and unopened skincare products, including shea butter and African Black Soap, within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Due to health and hygiene reasons, all food and snack items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If approved:
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
