At Nana’s Mama, we are committed to delivering natural, high-quality products you'll love. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.
📦 Returns
Skincare Products (Shea Butter & Black Soap):
We accept returns on unopened and unused skincare products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in sellable condition.
Food Items (Snacks, Immunity Shots, etc.):
All food items are final sale. Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
